MORE THAN A FINISHING TOUCH

Make room for
something living.

A welcoming entrance. A more considered meeting room. A corner that finally feels complete.

Good workplace planting feels like it belongs. We consider light, circulation, planter finishes and the daily use of each area, so your greenery works with the building rather than getting in the way.

ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACT / AMC

Good planting.
Consistent attention.

A well-chosen plant is the beginning. An agreed care routine helps you look after what comes next.

We begin with your existing plants or proposed setup, review the site conditions and discuss the care required. The plan sets out what the team will do, when visits take place and how access is coordinated.

Build your maintenance plan

Your quotation confirms visit frequency, supplies, repotting, pest-related work, charges and any replacement terms. These are agreed before the plan begins.

01

Care that fits the site

Discuss watering arrangements and feeding in relation to the plants, light and indoor or outdoor conditions.

02

The details that show

Leaf cleaning, pruning and presentation can be included in the agreed scope to keep planting looking considered.

03

A closer look at plant health

Review plant condition and discuss light, watering and pest concerns, with any additional work clearly quoted.

04

A routine your team can follow

Agree a visit schedule, site access and a contact for coordination, so everyone knows what happens next.

THOUGHTFUL FROM THE START

From a conversation
to a considered plan.

You do not need to know the plant names. Start with your space, your priorities and the look you have in mind.

  1. 01

    Tell us what you need

Share your location, the areas you want to improve and your preferred timing.

  2. 02

    Let us see the space

Send photographs or a floor plan. We’ll confirm whether a site visit is needed.

  3. 03

    Review your proposal

Consider plants, planters, setup, care scope and costs before you commit.

  4. 04

    Bring the plan to life

Setup and ongoing care follow the timing and scope you have agreed with the team.

BEFORE WE BEGIN

A few useful
answers.

Can you care for plants we already have?

We can discuss a maintenance plan for an existing collection. Share photographs, your location and an approximate plant count so the team can review their condition and the support required.

How do you choose plants for an office?

We consider natural light, available space, placement and the care the plants will need. Photographs or a floor plan help us start. Plant and planter choices are confirmed in your proposal.

Should we buy plants or rent them?

That depends on the space, duration, budget and care arrangement you prefer. Tell us how you plan to use the greenery and we can discuss supply and rental options, with responsibilities and costs clearly set out.

What is included in an AMC?

The scope is agreed for your site. It can cover watering arrangements, cleaning, pruning, feeding and plant-health checks. Visit frequency, consumables, extra work and any replacement terms are confirmed in the quotation.

What do you need for a quotation?

Your company name, location, preferred service, approximate quantities and timing are a useful start. Add photographs or a floor plan where possible. The team will clarify the brief and confirm scope, availability and pricing.

YOUR NEXT STEP

A greener workplace
starts with your brief.

A few details are enough to start a useful conversation.

Tell us what you have, what you would like to change and when you need it. Our team will discuss a suitable approach and prepare a quotation for you to review.
